「速読の時は最低半分から、を目安にするのが良い」...これは言語には関係ないアドバイスなよう。「最低半分」でも「半分以上」でも、がんばって難しいモノを読めという意味合いはありません。パッと見て、最低半分位はわかりそうだな、と思えるモノを選ぼうという意味です。
