眼科医でもらった処方箋を持って薬局に寄りました。目薬と一緒にもらった明細書をふと見ると、ある項目にあれ？と。「～管理料」というもの。訊けば薬の飲み合わせや薬アレルギーをチェック・警告してくれる費用だと。薬は全く飲んでいないので、私には不必要だと伝えたんです。

I went to the pharmacy to get medicine from the doctor. At the cash register, I looked at the paper showing how much money I needed to pay. I saw something strange called a "management fee". I asked the pharmacist what this meant.

大阪万博について”開催のするかどうか”と同じ位、”事後検証”が大事なのでは。行われた場合、経済効果等が、”見込みどうりあったかどうか”が大事な気が。例えば、どういう方法で検証するかとか、おそらく議論はないのかも。そこは後から考える、と言うなら結局検証など、ほぼ無視？
