I went to the pharmacy to get medicine from the doctor. At the cash register, I looked at the paper showing how much money I needed to pay. I saw something strange called a "management fee". I asked the pharmacist what this meant.

You know, I've always been interested in learning English by using it directly, without translating. And not just English, but also learning other subjects in English too.

「ノー英語嫌い」つまり英語嫌いを作らないこと。子供の頃に嫌いになると、一生嫌いになりそう。それって子供の将来の可能性を奪うことでは？子供の未来を奪うなんて、英語好きを、たとえ何人作れても取り返しつかないことなのでは？...こんな風に思ってたんです。
